"Extremely poor work quality, created more damage after the work that required calling a genuine granite specialist. Other craftsmen working at the condo appalled by the "work". Took me for $400. I do not trust this person at all. Would never recommend him to anyone. "

We have tried countless times to go back and make any corrections to our work with no response from the customer. He seems to complain instead of communicate.

"I think they did a great job, very responsive, however, I would have liked to have been told that the color contrast would be so different that I should have done the entire shower, rather than just the pan. They will do it but now it costs more because they have to come out again. I am the homeowner and did not envision the project looking like it did - the colors simply do not match. AST are the experts and they should have made that very clear in the beginning.

We tried to get this customer to resurface the entire shower for a better overall look but they simply didn't want to spend the extra money and this job still turned out looking very good with a small color difference.
We always give each customer all their different options and then it's up to the customer just what they want to do.
