"In less than a year the concrete was crumbling in several sections. I contacted this contractor and they said they weren't obligated to do anything since the workmanship was ok so it's the concrete companies issue even though they were the company i hired. I have been trying to work with Premier Exteriors since Feb 2011 and have sent them 31 emails. It is now Dec 2011 and i still don't have resolution. they said in July 2011 they would replace the bad panels but keep telling me they are too busy with other jobs to get to me. the damage has gotten to over a 2 foot by 1 foot wide in 1 section and basketball size in another. i hope this helps"

As I told the customer and every customer when it comes to concrete in Nebraska and the extereme temperature changes we experience. There is one guarantee with concrete and that it will and is going to crack, its just the nature of concrete.Some crack sooner and some later than others, I try to buy the best mix of concrete I can but still can't guarantee the longevity of no cracks.

"It took a little longer than I expected to finish but the weather had alot to do with that with the rain we had. They were very professional and did not rush through the job which is more important to me having it done right then quick. Was very reasonable with the pricing even when they found another layer to the roof that wasnt in the estimate he quoted a fair price on it and held up to it. My house wasnt very accessible with no street access and up a hill on the front and down a hill on the back. They cleaned up all the trash having to carry it in trash cans to the truck. I am very pleased with the work that they did."

"I read poor reviews before I started this project, so shame on me for not believing them. I was disappointed with the planning around the project, primarily with crews who stated when they would be on site and were no-shows. Calls to the crew leaders and to the owner went unanswered. By far the most disappointing experience was after I gave them a check (at 150% of the quote price given unplanned material costs) before promised clean up. I got a flat tie from materials left behind, stopped payment on the check, and received a violent diatribe from the owner before having the opportunity to explain the situation. NOT RECOMMENDED."

Customer first of all bounced a check to me so it started off on a bad note all I can say is look at the other 43 ratings on here I don't see any poor reviews so I don't understand, it seems someone was trying to get something for nothing again. customer also expected service on sunday that is the day she called we cant work every day.

"The end result of their work 3 egress windows installed in a basement was great. They did an enormous amount of work in what I felt was a very short period of time, as well. They were courteous to my family. One thing for Jim and Mark when you are talking to your customers, please allow them to finish their thoughts before you cut them off. It's a small thing, but it can be exasperating. Thanks for the great work guys."
