"Splash came out and tuned up my tankless water heater eliminating the low pressure problem I was experiencing. However, I have to admit that $175 seems pricey for a tune-up. I wish I made that kind of money for a little more than an hour's worth of work."

As with any job we complete here at Splash Plumbing, rates or fees are discussed prior to any work being completed. Service Magic members have a choice of vendors to use and I would like to think we are chosen based on our knowledge and professionalism. Quite frankly, the rate mentioned is very fair considering the problem has been diagnosed and fixed by an insured, reputable and dependable contractor servicing the area while still allowing the client the option to repair without our help. As with any "unusual" repair that may cause clients concern, we offer advice over the phone to aide all our clients that may want to try & fix their issue.
